Job Description - Legal Assistant /Litigation

The legal assistant will assist, under the direction of the team's litigation

attorney and/or the litigation manager, in the preparation of pending tax

cases for trial and judgment.

Position details:

  • Position Type: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire)
  • Salary: $17 hourly
  • Scheduled Shift: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm

  • Organizational skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Can-do attitude
  • Skip-tracing experience is a plus
  • Legal experience is a plus
