We are seeking a Legal secretary with 3+ years experience in personal injury and litigation firms, with New Jersey Superior Court pleadings including complaints, motions, depositions, interrogatories, Notices to Produce, subpoenas, briefs, obtaining medical records and trial preparation. Knowledge of the Federal courts and liability cases would be an asset. Knowledge to include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Court Documents, E-Courts, Word Perfect, Needles/TrialWorks (helpful). Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and fulfill work on a time-conscious basis, handling a high volume of cases and trial work.

Spanish language required.

Qualifications:
