Job Description - Legal Assistant -Temp

Legal Assistant needed to assist the Paralegal team working in Insurance Defense Law in a Las Vegas Law Firm. This position is available now and you can start immediately. This is a Temporary position that could go Permanent.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years of Legal Assistant experience

· E-filing experience in Local Courts

· Organized, detail oriented and great proofreading skills

· Team player

Duties:

· E-filing

· Typing of pleading shells

· Typing of correspondence

· Keep the files organized and up to date

· Assisting with Calendaring

· Scheduling Depositions, Hearings, Mediations, Arbitrations, Meetings, Court Dates, etc.

· General daily duties to assist the Paralegals
