Our client, a large law firm in Livingston NJ is looking for a legal assistant to join their growing and thriving team. This is a direct hire position, sitting onsite 4 days per week in Livingston NJ, with Friday's as a remote day. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT REPORT TO LIVINGSTON 4 DAYS WEEK!

Job functions include administrative support (answering phones, calendar management, and scheduling meetings), proofreading of legal documents, preparation of legal documents, client and court correspondence, timekeeping, monthly billing, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications for this role include at least 2 to 3 years or relevant work experience, an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, law firm or legal experience strongly preferred (experience working under high level law firm employees), great interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to multitask.
