Key Responsibilities:

• Collections Management: Oversee collections process, including follow-up on outstanding invoices and resolution of client inquiries
• Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice generation and payment posting
• Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, staff, and management
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of outstanding receivables

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
