Individuals in Cross Disciplinary Controls are responsible for multiple activities within the Controls capabilities such as assessment & design, MCA, QA, Monitoring & Testing, Issue Management and/or Governance Reporting & Analysis for effective end to end oversight, design, implementation, and execution of controls. Individuals in this role may cover a broad range of in-business/function risk and control responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role.
This role serves as the Issue Remediation, QA/QC Lead responsible for the coordination and comprehensive management of issues with key stakeholders, such that Citi achieves and maintains compliance and appropriately remediates findings from internal and external reviews. The role includes coordinating with key stakeholders to investigate controls gaps or failures, develop corrective action plans, provide quality assurance and quality control for issues management, and implement sustainable solutions by addressing root causes and adopting enhanced discipline including consideration of lessons learned and rigor to current issue management practices for the timely closure of issues.
The Issue Remediation, QA/QC Lead owns and implements the Issue Quality Assurance Guidance for Legal, RSP and GDMGO ensuring that Issues and Corrective Action Plans are timely self-identified, opened, tracked, completed and reviewed for quality assurance and on-time remediation.
The role includes managing engagements with Internal Audit, supporting the audit preparation, planning, walkthroughs, and testing as well as the timely response to requests for documents. The role leads the QA/QC effort of the Global Legal Controls supervising quality assurance in both the ICAPs and MCA Programs. Other processes managed by the Issue Remediation, QA/QC Lead cover responsibilities of the In-Business Privacy Officer, Continuity of Business, and Mandatory Absence programs.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
