As a Legal Coordinator at Tilson Homes,  you will provide legal assistance with a focus on all aspects of contract, real estate, and construction matters.

Requirements

• Assists the General Counsel with corporate matters, including support of sales, construction, and real estate needs in the drafting and reviewing of construction, real estate, and related documents, including but not limited to contracts, Mechanics Liens, amendments, Promissory notes, and customer responses.
• Coordinate with various departments, including Tilson Customer Care (Warranty), New Home Coordinators, and Homeowner Guidance group to support customer interactions and Tilson documentation as necessary.
• Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to General Counsel.
• Create and maintain files, prepare reports, and assist with the management of electronic files and recordkeeping.
• Travel to Tilson offices throughout the state as necessary.

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual passionate about the homebuilding industry.  A bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience with a homebuilder, title company, or law firm is required. Paralegal certification preferred.
