Legal Counsel - Bolt Business

We’re looking for a Product Counsel to support the Bolt Business vertical.

As a Product Counsel, you’ll partner with teams across Bolt to provide clear, practical legal guidance that enables compliant, scalable product growth and innovation across markets.

• Serve as the main legal point of contact for assigned product areas, providing timely, solution-oriented advice on launches, operations, and marketing.


• Partner with teams to build new products and business models that are compliant and strategically sound.


• Draft, review, and maintain user terms, product documentation, and commercial agreements aligned with Bolt’s risk standards.


• Support market expansion by identifying regulatory requirements and coordinating cross-functional inputs.


• Oversee compliance with consumer, data protection, and platform regulations, escalating complex issues as needed.


• Enhance legal operations through scalable tools, automation, and strong collaboration across team.

• You are a qualified UK or EU lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in tech, mobility, or platform industries.


• You have a passion for business and technology, helping innovative products scale responsibly.


• You enjoy working closely with product and business teams to design and launch new offerings across markets.


• You bring a true business partner mindset, turning legal complexity into clear, actionable advice.


• You have a can-do attitude and focus on practical, risk-balanced solutions that drive progress.
