Legal Demand Writer - San Diego

We are seeking a passionate demand writer to join our growing team in San Diego. This person will work in a team with paralegals and attorneys drafting demand packages for insurance companies, reading and comprehending medical records and bills, and creating precise summaries of case facts in a persuasive argument format. The perfect applicant will possess outstanding grammar and writing abilities, along with strong organizational skills. Furthermore, they should have a strong willingness to develop within the company by participating in a fast-paced learning environment.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, comprehend, and use legal documents such as medical bills and insurance claims
• Strong working knowledge of legal drafting techniques and requirements
• Background in writing
• Preferred 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team
• Self starter mentality
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week

• Compensation begins at $25/ hour
