Job Description - Legal Front Office Administrator
LHH has an immediate need for an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client in Washington, DC. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Front Office, Break Room, and Conference area as well as facilities management and administrative duties. Bachelor's Degree and previous administrative experience required. This role is fully onsite.
Answer phones
Greet Guests
Handle all mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Manage office and kitchen supply inventory
Assist with travel and event planning
Ensure the tidiness of front office, conference area, and kitchen
Track keycard access
Communicate with facilities vendors
