Legal Negotiations Specialist

A well-established personal injury law firm is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Negotiations Specialist to join its Negotiations Department on a full-time basis. With a reputation for fiercely advocating for clients' rights, the firm has been serving injured individuals for over four decades, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution. 

• Conduct settlement negotiations for personal injury claims
• Resolve medical liens and manage associated documentation
• Effectively communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
• Organize case files and maintain accurate records
• Utilize technology efficiently to manage tasks and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members while also working autonomously

• 2-4 years of experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Competence in mathematics and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Team-oriented yet able to work independently
• Experience as an insurance adjuster is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required

• Location: Modesto, CA 
• On-site position
• Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience
