We are currently have a career opportunity for a polished, assertive and dynamic professional in our Salt Lake City office. As our Legal Network Accountability Officer/Department Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the processes, data analysis systems, and procedures in place to ensure that every account we have assigned to our attorney network is effectively, efficiently, and timely collected.
Skill Requirements
- Energetic, reliable, and organized individual with 2+ years Client Service, Customer Service, or Legal experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Effectively learn and use all tools and resources to meet our Attorneys' needs.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills to deescalate challenging situations.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills, attention to accuracy and detail.
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency by acting quickly on Attorney requests and responding promptly to emails, messages, and voicemails.
- Ability to interact efficiently with top-tier professionals.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and working knowledge of computers.
Education/Experience
- Associates Degree in Legal, Public Relations, or a business-related field, or
- 2+ years Client Service, Customer Service, or Legal experience.
Income
- Starts at $20.00/hour
- Raise eligibility begins six months from start date and every six months thereafter with eventual maximum wage of $23.00/hour.
