Job Description - Legal Office Manager - NYC

One of our long-term clients is searching for an experienced Legal Office Manager for their NYC office. 

This is a confidential search and they are searching for experienced candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3-5+ years experience managing a law firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with a strong systems orientation.
  • Experience with e-filing in State (NY/NJ) and Federal courts.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
  • Prior experience with SurePoint (or similar legal billing system).
