Seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse team of legal assistants, word processors, and paralegals across multiple locations. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers up to $140,000/year + annual bonus based on experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise legal assistants, word processors, and paralegals, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Ensure appropriate support levels for attorneys, facilitating seamless collaboration between legal and administrative teams.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Review organizational processes and recommend changes for growth and efficiency.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
• Act as a liaison between attorneys, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs.
• Address employee grievances and conduct thorough investigations.
• Promote open communication and resolve conflicts among employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws, employment practices, and financial regulations.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain legal professionals and support staff.
• Collaborate with Hiring Committee to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.

Requirements/Qualifications:
