We’re seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to attorneys in Miami, FL. This hybrid role will involve assisting with litigation and bankruptcy matters, preparing and filing court documents, managing attorney calendars, and coordinating with clients and other legal staff.
3+ years of legal administrative experience
Proficiency with Florida e-filing and CM/ECF systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
