Our client, a leading national law firm, is looking for a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to join their Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of legal administrative experience supporting attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Litigation and Bankruptcy. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Florida e-filing portal and CM/ECF systems

• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and InTapp Time Entry

• Familiarity with iManage and PowerPoint (preferred)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
