Are you a bright administrative professional interested in a contract-to-hire role in Charlotte, NC? We especially want to hear from those with a legal background. You will be responsible for receptionist relief, collecting and distributing mail, maintaining and ordering office supplies, coordinating office moves, copy/fax jobs, cleaning up conference rooms and kitchens daily, coordinating overnight deliveries, and other tasks as assigned. We are seeking a highly polished, dependable candidate with excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience; previous experience in a legal environment is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
Pay: $18-20/hr.
