Legal Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter with a background in the legal industry to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for identifying top talent across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top legal professionals

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, legal networks, and referrals

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and fit within our organization

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer and onboarding

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and legal recruitment best practices

Build and maintain relationships with law firms, legal departments, and professional organizations to expand our talent pool

Qualifications: Proven experience in legal recruitment, with a strong network within the legal industry is preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday- Friday

8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details: Onsite/hybrid role

Contract-to-hire role or direct hire

Located in Mission Valley, San Diego

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually DOE
