Law Tyme, Inc. is seeking a great customer service individual to join our firm and become a key Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following: Recruiting Experience, Human Resource Experience, a Legal Background working in law firms, or an interest in getting into the Legal Field and/or Recruiting.
Other office experience will be considered for the right candidate. Students will be considered and so will Attorneys preparing for the Bar and waiting for Bar results. We will train you to be an outstanding Recruiter!
Requirements:
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality
· Have effective oral and written communication skills
· Must have proficient computer skills
· Must have strong customer service skills
· Punctuality and attendance are mandatory
· Must focus on achieving goals
Duties:
· Interview Candidates, via telephone
· Determine candidate’s qualifications
· Discuss job requirements
· Analyze candidate’s responses
· Write summaries of your interviews
· Check references and employment verifications
· Data entry
This will start as a part-time (3 days per week) position until training is completed. Training will be “in office” and after training is completed and you are confident and doing well, we can discuss more hours and a possible “hybrid” position; it depends on you and your drive and success.
Hourly rate will be determined upon completion of the interview. The position also has a great commission structure as well. The possibilities are endless depending on you.
