Legal Request Representative

We’re seeking a Legal Request Representative to join us. Note this is an on-site position in Carmel, IN.

What you’ll do:

• Receive, review, and process billing records requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor records requests received
• Gather, organize, and prepare documents and records required for legal requests
• Provide status updates and clarify requests as needed
• Ensure all legal requests comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Work closely with internal departments to obtain necessary information for legal requests
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
• Review accounts for additional information needed for completion

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

• Familiarity with medical records a plus
• 1–2 years of medical billing knowledge preferred  
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Excellent written communications and organizational skills
• Flexible mentality; willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
• Able to work in a team environment
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
• High school diploma or equivalent
