What You'll Do

The Legal Support Advisor plays a key role in ensuring consistent performance and training across the legal support team. This position focuses on quality assurance, hands-on training, and process improvement. The Legal Support Advisor performs quarterly case reviews with each case manager, supports onboarding and development of new legal support staff, and serves as a working paralegal for one attorney to remain closely connected to current practice standards.

What You Need

You must possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and case management. including how to handle cases from intake through resolution, manage court filings, and meet critical deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail is essential for reviewing case files and ensuring quality and accuracy. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to deliver effective feedback, facilitate training, and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff. You should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities, including case reviews, onboarding new team members, and supporting an attorney as a working paralegal. Proficiency with legal case management systems, document review tools, and standard office software is also necessary to perform effectively in this role. Property Casualty experience required; Multi-state experience a plus.

• Job Type: Full-time


• Pay: $60,000 - $85,000; Commensurate with experience


• Location: 100% in office; Metairie, LA
