Job Description - Legal Technology Support Generalist II (B2)

Maintain and support SharePoint Online-based applications and workflows to ensure optimal performance and user experience. In addition to SharePoint Online, contribute toward the success of the legal operations technology team. Learn to support additional legal technology solutions such as TyMetrix and Ironclad CLM platforms, document management and case management solutions. Deliver exceptional support for global users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication. Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and experience. At all times, adhere to established business processes and protocols. Proven experience administrating technology platforms in a global, corporate environment. Hands-on experience developing and modifying SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction within a global organization. Experience in supporting Document Management and/or Case Management Solutions with varied requirements. Experience supporting Ironclad CLM or similar contract lifecycle management platforms. Experience supporting OneTrust or similar risk management and compliance tools. Background in the semiconductor industry. A can-do attitude and willingness to support projects and team members as needed. Experience supporting and adapting technology for a global legal organization.
