Lemon Law Attorney - Partner

Our client is an established law firm embarking on a new venture to specialize in Lemon Law cases. As they expand rapidly, they seek an experienced Lemon Law attorney to join as a partner.

This role presents a unique opportunity to partner with a firm poised for substantial growth. We aim to establish a dominant presence in the Lemon Law sector by leveraging our strong reputation and your legal expertise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Lemon Law.
• Proficiency in independently handling Lemon Law cases from inception to resolution.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving successful settlements.
• Proficiency with the California rules of civil procedure.
• Preferably proficient with Federal rules of civil procedure.
• Has a desire to serve as the expert in Lemon Law and grow the new

Compensation:

• Earn 15-20% of attorney fees
• Base salary: $100,000 - $175,000k depending on experience
