Job Description - Lending Account Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

The Lending Account Specialist reports to and takes general direction from Underwriting and Lending Manager.

Responsibilities

Assists Clients with satisfying requirements for Business Loans.
Manages multiple signed accounts throughout the underwriting process.
Submits all relevant information on Business Loans opportunities for approval.
Coordinates with Underwriting and Lending Manager to determine eligibility of Clients for Business Loans opportunities.
Assists Clients with questions regarding pending or existing Business Loans.
Collects and reviews all documentation needed to satisfy the conditions of the loans.
Preps and sends loan documentation to client after conditions are satisfied.
Escalates problematic accounts to Underwriting and Lending Manager.
Reviews loan opportunities and identifies client eligibility status
Confirms details on business loan requests with clients
Drafts loan terms on eligible accounts
Completes verifications when required
Documents pertinent information upon completion of phone calls
Notifies clients of delinquent loans and provides possible solutions
Provides responses on business loan requests
Discusses loan terms and confirms client acceptance of loan terms
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
