Who We’re Looking For:

You’re upbeat, organized, and love creating a positive experience for others. You value holistic health and thrive in a structured, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the chiropractic office
• Set up, apply, and monitor all therapies including but not limited to: PEMF, HOCATT, NormaTech, decompression, shockwave, or other therapies
• Complete knowledge of benefits/contraindications of all therapies for patient education and promotion
• Complete knowledge of mechanics, maintenance and cleaning of all therapies and rooms, and contacting companies for support regarding warranties and maintenance. 
• Answer phone calls and schedule/reschedule appointments using text message and telephone communication
• Assist chiropractors with patient examinations and treatments 
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in EMR system and dropbox
• Educate patients on chiropractic procedures and provide them with necessary information
• Collect payments
• Check out patients for appointments and supplements
• Manage patients schedules according to their care plan
• Prepare for patients’ next appointment, download documents and prepare files
• Meet with patients to describe care plan details and schedule     
• General knowledge and back up to clinical assistant by providing new patient tours, rehab exercise walk through and performing Evolts.

What You Bring:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience AND chiropractic certification Level I

• Background in healthcare or customer service (required).

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• EMR software and dropbox knowledge (preferred).

Schedule:

• Mon: 7:30 AM–6:30 PM

• Tues: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

• Wed: 7:30 AM–6:30 PM

• Thurs: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

• Fri: 7:30 AM–12:30 PM
