Level 1 Med Aides & CNAs - Night Shift

$2,500 Sign on Bonus

The Lutheran Home is seeking a compassionate Level 1 Medication Aide and Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare community for 12-hour night shifts. You’ll provide care and support to residents and may administer medications if assigned, typically in assisted living, while upholding our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. • 12-hour night shifts: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Work 7 out of 14 days with a 3-day weekend every other week
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administer medications and maintain records while working in the L1MA role
• Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs
• Help with meal service, room upkeep, and safe use of medical equipment
• Communicate resident requests or concerns in a timely manner
• Immediately report any abuse, neglect, or incidents, and changes in resident’s conditions to the nurse
• Promote a positive team culture and participate in ongoing staff education and training

• Current Missouri Level 1 Med Aide certification with Insulin Administration
• Current Missouri CNA certification
• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain CPR within 30 days of employment
