Position Summary

LEVEL is seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our dynamic wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience with cosmetic injectables products and hold a valid nursing license in the state of Tennessee. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while building trust and retention with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and high-quality injectable treatments (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) tailored to each patient’s unique facial anatomy and goals.
• Maintain a strong focus on patient satisfaction and retention through exceptional communication and aesthetic outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
• Call patients pre- and post-treatment to introduce yourself, provide instructions, and answer questions.
• Follow up with patients as needed to monitor results, satisfaction, and address any concerns.
• Document all treatments and patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in clinical records.
• Experience with phlebotomy/lab draws, IV injections, and IM injections. 
• Monitor and report treatment outcomes to the supervising physician, including any adverse reactions, in accordance with proper protocols.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to establish and achieve individual and team productivity and service goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Be knowledgeable and proactive about additional services and skincare offerings within the med spa.
• Experience with laser procedures that include laser hair removal, IPL, and radiofrequency microneedling, preferred.

Requirements

Qualifications

Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Tennessee (required).

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Cosmetic Injector 

Proven track record of excellent results and patient retention.

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Experience with EMR/charting systems and a commitment to accurate documentation.

Comfort with working toward and exceeding personal and team goals.

Knowledge of laser technologies, medical-grade skincare, and wellness services is a plus.
