Work side-by-side with fellow mechanics, sharing knowledge and tackling repairs as a crew
Learn new diagnostic tools and software as you grow into the trade

Growth Oriented - This role is built for learning. Master the fundamentals, pick up new skills, and work your way up the mechanic ranks - we promote people who prove themselves.
Mentoring Others - You'll be trained by experienced techs who want to see you succeed, and as you learn, you'll pass it on to the next new hire.
Team Tejas - The shop wins together. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with mechanics, drivers, and the counter team to take care of every customer.
If those sound like you, you'll fit right in.
