Level II Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Level II Maintenance Technician to help power our manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing equipment reliability, ensuring smooth production flow, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooted equipment malfunctions using systematic diagnostic techniques.
• Perform mechanical alignments, install/replace components, and adjust systems to meet performance standards.
• Complete preventive maintenance and major overhauls on motors, conveyor systems, and other production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, lighting, and control systems, using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Document all maintenance activities in our CMMS to support future planning and equipment reliability.
• Mentored and trained junior technicians and team members.
• Recommend process improvements based on equipment performance insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (2-year Technical Degree preferred).
• 5+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent skill set.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with machine shop tools, measuring devices, and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to grow, train others, and stay current with new technologies.
