Job Summary:

The Collision Center Shop Helper provides essential support to our technicians by assisting with repairs, organizing parts, prepping vehicles, and ensuring the shop remains clean, safe, and efficient. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist technicians with vehicle disassembly, parts removal, and basic body prep

  
  


• 
  

  Support installation of parts under technician supervision

  
  


• 
  

  Organize, label, and maintain parts inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Help retrieve and return parts as needed for repair jobs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and safe work environment (sweeping, tool care, equipment upkeep)

  
  


• 
  

  Sand, mask, and prime vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint and bodywork

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with vehicle inspections and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Occasionally deliver or pick up vehicles from customers, insurance partners, or rental agencies

Education:

  High School diploma or equivalent required

  
  

Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop duties
