Ideal Candidates:
We welcome both seasoned professionals and those new to the field who are eager to learn. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Required:

● Comfort with climbing tall ladders

● Able to lift and carry 45lbs + throughout the day

● Experience with construction tools, in your job, school or as a hobby

● Customer service

● Motivated to learn

● Teamwork

● Good verbal communication

● Reliable transportation

● Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test

● Drivers license and clean driving record

Preferred:

● Experience as a glazier with 3/8 heavy glass

● Prior driving experience at work

● Prior trades experience

What You Can Expect:

Start your day at our fully equipped warehouse, gathering materials, loading your truck, and reviewing your daily assignments. You’ll then head to various job sites and work alongside skilled teammates to deliver top-tier glass installations. Every day presents new opportunities to enhance your skills and ensure positive experiences for customers.

What We Offer:

● Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19.50/hour for inexperienced hires and up to $25/hour for experienced installers.

● Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed 40-hour work week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $$19 to $25 per hour DOE

Benefits:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities 2x per year

License/Certification: Driver's License required

Ability to Relocate: Franklin, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person, in the field at customer’s homes / job sites
