WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the vehicle delivery experience from start to finish -- every guest, every time, to the Lexus standard

• Deliver new and pre-owned Lexus vehicles with confidence and care -- walking guests through features, technology, and Lexus systems in a way that feels personal, not scripted

• Ensure paperwork, plates, and accessories are accurate, complete, and ready before every delivery

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service to ensure clean handoffs and a seamless guest experience from purchase through delivery

• Create a relaxed, unrushed, premium delivery experience -- guests should leave feeling genuinely taken care of

• Support strong CSI results through consistency, follow-through, and a hospitality-first approach to every interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- hospitality, luxury retail, hotel, concierge, tech support, or similar guest-facing backgrounds are exactly what we're looking for

• Genuine comfort with technology and digital tools -- Lexus vehicles are feature-rich and guests need someone who can explain that confidently and clearly

• Clear, calm, and professional communicator -- you put guests at ease and make complex technology feel approachable

• High attention to detail -- paperwork, delivery checklists, and vehicle presentation all need to be exactly right

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Automotive experience is a plus -- not a requirement
