Lexus Technology Specialist – Full-Time

Location: Lexus of Orlando – Central Florida’s Premier Luxury Dealership

Lexus of Orlando is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lexus Technology Specialists to join our elite team and support our fast-paced, customer-focused Service Department.

Position Overview

As a Lexus Technology Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for helping guests understand and get the most out of their vehicle’s advanced technology features. Working in our bustling two-lane Service Drive—which averages 120 to 160 appointments daily—you’ll provide hands-on demonstrations and personalized support for systems including:

• Lexus Enform and infotainment


• Bluetooth connectivity


• Navigation and voice-command systems


• Safety and driver-assist features


• Mobile app integration and remote services

You will also assist with the flow of vehicle traffic, support valet responsibilities, and occasionally transport vehicles to and from guest locations, ensuring every Lexus owner enjoys a seamless and informed ownership experience.

What You’ll Do

• Educate and assist guests with the technology in their Lexus vehicles


• Offer setup and troubleshooting support for infotainment, safety, and mobile systems


• Move vehicles around the dealership and between locations as needed


• Deliver world-class service with a friendly and professional attitude


• Help maintain efficient operations on the Service Drive

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Tech-savvy with strong communication skills


• Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor


• Able to walk, stand, and move quickly throughout your shift


• Willingness to learn and master Lexus technology
