Lexus Technology Speclialist

Lexus of Wesley Chapel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lexus Technology Specialist. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for someone with a passion for the auto industry and a strong understanding of technology. As an individual contributor in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, educating them on the advanced technology features of Lexus vehicles and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert on all Lexus vehicle technology features for customers


• Educate customers on the advanced technology systems and how to use them effectively


• Demonstrate technology features in a clear and compelling manner


• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle and customize technology features to meet their needs


• Stay up-to-date on the latest Lexus technology developments and updates


• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience


• Maintain customer relationships and follow up with potential leads


• Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred


• Previous sales experience, preferably in the auto industry


• Strong understanding of automotive technology and a passion for learning more


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer-focused with a desire to provide outstanding service


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Proficient in computer and technology systems


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
