With locations in Collingswood and Moorestown, NJ, we offer both in-person and telehealth services. Candidates are required to hold a current New Jersey license and be available to work at least 25 hours per week, including 3 evenings. We value a client-centered, strengths-based approach to care.

Scope of the Role

Mind, Body, and Soul Therapy & Counseling seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to make a difference through purpose-driven outpatient care in our Moorestown and Collingswood locations. This Therapist position exists to deliver ethical, evidence-informed treatment that supports meaningful impact for individuals, couples, and families across our community.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy as a Couples Therapist, Child Therapist, and Family therapist, aligned with MBS policies
- Complete clinical evaluations; apply DSM-based assessment/diagnosis; implement treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation (intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans) within 48 hours
- Support coordination of care and complete other assigned clinical/administrative tasks

Required qualifications/skills:

• Current New Jersey license in one of the following: LCSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, or LMFT


• Experience providing individual therapy to children


• Experience providing couples therapy


• Strong organizational, communication, and independent time-management skills


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team


• Knowledge of outpatient ethical and legal standards


• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms


• Perferred: Current Pennsylvania licensure or willingness to obtain PA licensure if clinically licensed in New Jersey.

Your Clinical Rhythm

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day typically begins with a brief review of the schedule and clinical priorities, then transitions into a balanced mix of on-site sessions and telehealth visits. The cadence supports purpose-driven work: focused client time, protected documentation blocks to keep the record current, and brief coordination touchpoints as needed.

Across the week (Monday-Friday, varying), you will see a diverse outpatient mix-such as Couples Therapist work, Child Therapist referrals, and Family therapist sessions-while using the EHR and telehealth tools to keep care organized. You will also have access to structured supervision and practice resources that help you sustain quality, ethical care and contribute to community impact at a steady, professional pace.
