Position: Licence Clerk

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licence Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional services to our clients and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Process and maintain all necessary licenses and permits for the company and its agents

- Ensure compliance with all state and local licensing regulations

- Keep accurate records of all license and permit applications, renewals, and fees

- Communicate with agents and staff to ensure timely renewal of licenses

- Monitor and update company database with current license information

- Assist with any license-related inquiries or issues from agents and clients

- Stay updated on any changes in licensing requirements and regulations

- Coordinate with external agencies and departments for license applications and renewals

- Maintain confidentiality of all license and permit information

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Knowledge of state and local licensing regulations

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Must maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
