License Medical Social Worker - PRN

Overview

Heritage Home Healthcare is opening a temporary PRN position for a License Medical Social Worker to support compliance readiness, administrative tasks, and on-call needs as they arise.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Remain available on a PRN basis for compliance support 

• Assist with survey readiness tasks (training, documentation checks, policy updates) 

• Support administrative or operational needs that arise during licensing renewal 

• Participate in briefings or check-ins as requested by management 
  
  
  
  

What to Expect 

• No guaranteed work hours at this time 

• May be asked to assist with light compliance tasks 

• PRN/on-call role, primarily for readiness and availability 

• Opportunity for increased hours in the future as service lines take on clients 
  
  
  
  

Qualifications 

• Active LMSW license 

• Reliable communication and responsiveness 

• Ability to support compliance and documentation processes 

• Positive and professional representation of the agency
