Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced License Practical Nurse to join our team at a medical facility in Peterborough, NH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and disease management

- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

- Maintain accurate and organized patient records

- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Basic computer skills

- BLS/CPR certification

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
