Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: City of Orange, NJ
Pay Rate: $39 – $40 per hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time (3 openings available)

🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, RNs, and care team
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality standards of care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• BLS or CPR Card
• Annual physical with PPD
