Allstate is partnering Dave Sinclair Buick GMC to implement a full-service insurance agency in the St. Louis area, Sinclair Insurance Services.   

The insurance agency is seeking a Licensed Sales Producer.  This position requires a positive team player, customer focused, and has a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment.

The position offers an hourly base pay, commission, monthly bonus when sales goals are obtained and exceptional benefits.  Also, opportunity to participate in 401K plan.  Agency provides all leads to employee at no cost.

Responsibilities + Requirements 

• Missouri Property/Casualty license required.
• Previous Property/Casualty sales experience preferred.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers/prospects as needed.
• Successfully track record in meeting sales and quote goals.
• Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and listening. 
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem  solving
• Ability to work in a team environment. 
• Ability/willingness to work 40-45 hours per week
