Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN with Remedy Home Health, you will deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Primary Responsibilities:

What You’ll Need to Qualify

  Current and active California LVN license in good standing

  Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred)

  Reliable transportation and valid California driver’s license

  Physical ability to assist and move patients as needed

  Strong communication and documentation skills
