Now Hiring: Full-Time Substance Abuse Counselor – BAART Programs (Kansas)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine treatment eligibility
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans with patients
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling services to support recovery
• Complete bio-psychosocial assessments and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers to ensure holistic care
• Engage families and support networks in the recovery process
• Assist with aftercare planning and coordinate discharge needs
• Respond to patient needs, concerns, and crisis situations with empathy and professionalism

What You Bring:

• Active LCAC, LMAC, or LAC licensure (required)
• Previous experience in addiction or behavioral health preferred
• Ability to build trust with a diverse patient population
• Comfort working with EMR systems
• Commitment to providing non-judgmental, person-centered care
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
