Position is Fulltime (40 hrs. per week), Monday-Friday, 100% onsite, located at the North Colorado Springs Guidelight facility, working with the Adult PHP population. Address: 7435 Sisters Grove, STE 230 

*Therapists with minimum 1 plus year of experience post grad. Experience within PHP/IOP highly preferred.

Role Summary:  

The Adult Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.  

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.  

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.  

• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.  

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.  

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.  

• Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.  

• Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.  

• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.  

Required Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university License-Eligible program  

• Provisional or associate therapy license in Colorado (LSW, LPCC, MFTC) 

• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling 

• Confident in providing group therapy and following a curriculum

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Colorado state Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) 

• 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
