Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, experienced Aesthetician to join our team for a full-time position (4 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of customized facials including (but not limited to):
- Diamond Glow, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Swiss Facial, Chemical Peels, nano/microneedling and more!
Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

Laser Technician Certification (Laser Hair Removal, BBL/IPL experience)
SkinPen certified
CoolSculpting experience
Microblading trained/certified
Acne treatment specialization or experience treating acne-prone skin

Qualifications:

Must have a valid state Aesthetician License in Florida
Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials and skincare treatments
Passionate about skincare and client results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual, professional, and polished appearance

Schedule & Perks:

Full-Time: 4 days per week (32 hours)
