Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions

- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care for clients

- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to guide counseling sessions

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and progress

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

- Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support

Skills:

- Crisis intervention: Ability to effectively respond to and manage crisis situations with clients

- Case management: Knowledge of case management principles and ability to assist clients in navigating resources and support systems

- Addiction counseling: Familiarity with addiction treatment modalities and experience providing counseling for substance use disorders

- Group therapy: Ability to facilitate therapeutic group sessions for clients with similar needs or goals

- Motivational interviewing: Skillful in using motivational interviewing techniques to promote behavior change and goal attainment

Pay: $60,008.00 - $71,715.00 per year
