We are seeking a Licensed Architect with strong commercial construction experience to lead architectural projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, deadline-driven professional who excels in client coordination, technical design, and jobsite oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from design through construction completion
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to develop innovative, functional building designs
• Create detailed 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD (3+ years required) and Revit
• Prepare construction documents, specifications, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with Indiana building codes, regulations, and submittal procedures
• Identify and resolve design challenges while maintaining structural integrity
• Lead internal teams in producing drawings and studies
• Conduct jobsite visits to ensure work aligns with architectural plans
• Support planning, bidding, and project development processes

Required Qualifications

• BS in Architecture (accredited program)
• Active Indiana Architect License (verifiable through Indiana Professional Licensing Agency)
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of building products, construction details, and quality standards
• Expert understanding of Indiana building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (3+ years) and Revit (BIM modeling)
• Valid driver's license (required for jobsite visits)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
