Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) – Maryland

Location: MARTINS ADD, Maryland

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $80k to $90K a year  + benefits 

Are you a skilled Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist looking to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated LCMFT to join our growing team in Maryland.

Job Duties:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Participate in case consultations, trainings, and team meetings

• Active and unrestricted Maryland LCMFT license
• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
