The Clinical Program Supervisor in collaboration with a non-clinical supervisor is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) team of case managers, SUD counselors, housing locators and Clinicians. The Circa 60 program provides full service outreach services in Alameda County combining community based housing/financial support, intensive mental health, case management, substance use, primary care, and psychiatric support to older adults (60+) who are chronically homeless and have severe mental health issues with average service duration of three years. This role requires someone who has experience holding staff accountable to high standrds of service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a 100% on site position. A car, driver’s license and insurance is required. The Program Supervisor must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Services (BBS) as an LCSW or LMFT.
