Job Description - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center – Pueblo of Acoma, NM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Full-time, onsite)
Contract Length: Base year with potential 4-year extension
Start Date: As soon as possible (contingent on background clearance)


 Augustine Angels, a trusted provider of professional staffing services, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time behavioral health services at a culturally responsive youth residential treatment facility serving Native American adolescents.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive mental health services including assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and referrals

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide trauma-informed and culturally appropriate care

  • Document services using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

  • Support youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and substance use challenges

  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution

  • Active and unrestricted state LCSW license

  • Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in adolescent mental health

  • Experience working with Native American populations or in tribal/residential settings is strongly preferred

  • Must pass a federal background check and provide all clearance documentation



 Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate (W-9 independent contractor)

  • Federal holidays off

  • Monday through Friday schedule

Compensation: $115.00 per hour
