What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting intake assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and completing biopsychosocial evaluations.


• Using evidence-based approaches to support clients in reaching their goals.


• Keeping up with documentation (stress-free, 24-hour progress notes!).


• Attending team meetings and case consultations.


• Representing Evolution Wellness with professionalism in all interactions, including social media.

Your Ideal Schedule:

• Full-time clinicians maintain a balanced caseload of 25 clients per week for an engaging yet sustainable workload.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work


• North Carolina LCSWA License


• At least one year of postgraduate experience


• A commitment to growth, collaboration, and providing top-notch care
